James Neidlinger is a 20+ year student of martial arts and a lifelong physical culture student and proponent.
James brings a lot to the table to help his clients reach their goals as fast and simply as possible and is always seeking to increase his knowledge and educate himself, taking a multidisciplinary approach to fitness and wellness.
