Today, I challenge you
to move for 30 seconds in one of the following 7 patterns every Hour on the Hour for the next 5 days (over an 8-hour period, the common workday)
1.Squat
2.Lunge
3.Twist
4.Climb
5.Crawl
6.Run
7.Jump
You don't have to do the same pattern all day
here is what you do
first:
test one of the 3 following things:
- your balance (stand on one leg with your eyes closed)
- active range of motion (how far you can move any limb without tension
- peripheral vision (how far you can move your fingers out to the side and still see them while looking straight ahead)
second:perform 30 seconds of the movement
third:retest whatever test you used (balance, vision, active range of motion)
fourth:write down a short description of your results
Lastly:email them to me at the end of the day
there is a prize for the best
the best will be voted on by my adoring public
don't ask me for any more instruction
you have all of the info you need there
