- develop a program of corrective movements, stretches and exercises

Want to be free of nagging aches and pains?
Meeting One day per week, for one hour, you will
- Learn how simple, dynamic joint mobility exercises can re-educate, rehabilitate, and restore function to your body.
- Learn how the SAID principle, proprioceptive enhancement, and motor learning theory can be used to help you move, feel, and live better, longer.
- Learn about the elements of efficient movement, and how the startle reflex and sensory motor amnesia can sabotage your performance and limit your ability to move and experience life free of pain and restrictions.
- Learn the 4 things that can supercharge your training and make your gains come faster, more often, and be more profound.
- No equipment is necessary.
- To guide your movements at home, The R-Phase DVDs and Manual will be provided to each participant as part of the package.
- Each Participant will be given a full assessment before and after the course, and will be given exercises that specifically address any individual needs they may have.

With the Private Fitness Package you will:
- be given a Functional Movement Screen at the beginning of the program. (find out if movement restrictions and muscular imbalances may be holding you back from achieving your goals and living a better life).
- be given a gait assessment (and receive dynamic joint mobility drills that may dramatically increase your chances of success, and will immediately effect how you feel and move.)
- receive a consultation to assess your fitness goals. (Decide what you want to achieve, be it losing weight, building muscle, becoming faster, being able to generate more force, or simply looking good naked).
- undergo a general fitness assessment that will accurately gauge your abilities and limitations. (push up, sit up, and pull up test).
- be given a diet plan that targets your goals and will make them attainable. (find out not just what, but how you can eat to live a healthier, happier, less stressful life).
- gain greater flexibility and range of motion throughout your entire body, reducing pain and fatigue. (through dynamic joint mobility you will teach your body how to move better, and because of that, feel better, and be smarter).

All payments must be received 12hrs before class starts or the drop-in rates will apply.
Emergencies occur, and I understand, however, a 12 hour cancellation policy is also maintained. Consideration will be given in cases of medical, legal, or mechanical emergencies, the sale at the mall or the game was on do not qualify.

Private instruction with James is by appointment only, time slots are available on a limited basis (there are unfortunately, only so many hours in a day)

With "Fight Fit" James will draw on his 10+ years as a Martial Artist and his eclectic background in Martial Science, Defensive and Combative applications that will help any one who operates in a field that involves combat sports, ring sport, or threat to life stress.
Starting with a Functional Movement Screen and a Gait Assessment, James will identify the muscular imbalances and asymmetries that may be:
