James is a Certified Functional Movement Screen Specialist.

 

Based on a series of 7 fundamental movement patterns

4. Shoulder Mobility

5. Trunk Stability Push Up

6. Asymmetric Leg Raise

7. Rotary Stability

James will:

 

  • provide you with an analysis of your scores,
  • develop a program of corrective movements, stretches and exercises
  • teach you how to bring symmetry and balanced power to your body
This program is the same that is currently in use with a number of professional athletic teams, elite US Military units, Law Enforcement Depts. and Mom's and Dad's across the country (and soon to be in use by professional rugby teams in the UK)
